JOSEPHIN OEHME
As a psychological consultant and trauma-informed coach, I work in the space where the traditional system often stops.
I support people who feel lost, who are navigating transitions, who sense that there is more within them but don’t yet know how to access it.
With depth, clarity, and a structured, safe container, I help you understand yourself more fully, recognise your inner patterns, and begin moving differently — at a pace your nervous system can actually sustain.
In our sessions, this isn’t about performance.
It’s about connection.
It’s about developing internal safety and conscious choice.
Because every person deserves to be seen, heard, and understood in their complexity.
If you’re looking for space that is clear, grounded, and honest — without judgement and without pressure — you’re welcome to reach out.
You don’t need to know exactly where you’re going.
Only that you’re ready to move.

THE WHY
There wasn’t a single moment when this work began. It grew.
Out of emptiness. Out of longing. Out of a deep need to be understood by the world, by others, and most of all by myself.
For a long time, I believed there was something wrong with me. That I was too sensitive, too loud, too lost to belong. I asked questions and rarely received real answers, so I began searching on my own.
The path was anything but linear. It led me through relationships where violence occupied more space than love, through postnatal depression, and through an inner rebellion against what patriarchy expected me to become. I grew up in an environment where self-love was not practiced and honest communication felt threatening. At some point, something shifted. I decided I would not remain inside those patterns.
I began to educate myself, internally and externally. I trained as a fitness coach, a psychological consultant, and a meditation teacher, and completed a degree in Communication Studies. I wanted to understand how we feel, how we communicate, how we heal, and how we find our way back to ourselves.
But what shaped me most cannot be listed on a certificate.
It was the nights alone.
The anxiety that made my body shake.
The moment I realised I could no longer live on autopilot.
What I found was this: understanding is not enough.
You can know your patterns and still feel unsafe in your own body.
The Somatic Certainty Method grew out of that realisation. It bridges the gap between knowing and actually feeling okay. It is a body-based, trauma-informed approach that helps you come out of survival mode and back into yourself. Through awareness, movement, breath, and creative expression, you learn how to stay present in your body, even when things feel intense.
Today, I share what emerged from that process. I write to resonate rather than instruct. I work with clients not to fix them, but to uncover what is already there.
This work is not the result of a business plan. It is the result of necessity.
It is rooted in honesty, depth, and compassion, and in the understanding that healing is not always loud, but it is always real.
I am simply a person who found the courage to meet herself.
And now supports others in doing the same.
