5. TRAUMA COUNSELLING / PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT

In the context of trauma counselling, particularly sensitive personal data may be processed (e.g. information relating to mental or emotional wellbeing).

Such data is:

  • treated with strict confidentiality

  • not shared with third parties

  • processed exclusively for the purpose of providing counselling support

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent).

Trauma counselling does not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment.

6. ONLINE SERVICES AND DIGITAL TOOLS

Appointments, communication, or sessions may be conducted using external digital service providers (e.g. booking systems or video conferencing tools).

Only the data strictly necessary for the respective service is processed.
All service providers are contractually bound to comply with GDPR requirements.

All counselling services are provided online only.

7. COOKIES AND CONSENT MANAGEMENT

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that enable certain website functions.
