JOSEPHIN OEHME
I work with people who have survived devastating emotional and physical pain.
People who have been abused, abandoned, betrayed, silenced, rejected, or forced to carry far more than any person should have to carry alone.
People who have learned how to survive, but never had the chance to learn how to feel safe. Because pain doesn't simply disappear when the event is over.
It follows us.
Into our relationships.
Into our sexuality.
Into our careers.
Into our sense of self.
Into the choices we make and the lives we build.
Many of the people I work with are strong, capable, intelligent, and deeply resilient. They have spent years adapting, performing, achieving, and holding everything together.
Yet underneath that strength is often a nervous system that is still waiting for the next impact.
My work is about helping you understand the patterns that pain created, the strategies that helped you survive, and the parts of yourself that got buried along the way.
Together, we create enough safety to begin moving forward, not by denying the past, but by integrating it.
Because healing isn't about forgetting what happened.
It's about making sure it no longer has the final say in who you become.

SEARCHING FOR THE "WHY"
There wasn’t a single moment when this work began. It grew.
Out of emptiness. Out of longing. Out of a deep need to be understood...by the world, by others, and most of all by myself.
For a long time, I believed there was something wrong with me. That I was too sensitive, too loud, too lost to truly belong anywhere. I asked questions and rarely received real answers. So I began searching on my own.
The path was anything but linear. It led me through relationships where violence occupied more space than love, through the dark weight of postnatal depression, and through an inner rebellion against what patriarchy expected me to become. And, I grew up in an environment where self-love was not something that was practiced, and honest communication often felt threatening. And yet that became the turning point: the decision not to remain inside those patterns.
Instead, I began to educate myself — internally and externally.
I trained as a fitness coach, a psychological consultant, and a meditation teacher, and completed a degree in Communication Studies. I wanted to understand how we feel, how we communicate, how we heal — and how we find our way back to ourselves.
But as valuable as those qualifications are, what shaped me most cannot be listed on a certificate.
It was the nights alone.
The anxiety that made my body shake.
The clarity that arrived when I could no longer keep functioning on autopilot.
This work is not the result of a business plan. It is the result of necessity.
It is rooted in honesty, depth, and compassion, and in the understanding that healing is not always loud, but it is always real.
My identity is layered: queer, neurodivergent, mother, poet, consultant, entrepreneur...and at the same time, none of these fit neatly into a box.
I am simply a person who found the courage to meet herself.
And now supports others in doing the same.
Maybe the question of “why” can never be fully answered.
But sometimes it is enough to ask it, and to follow where it leads.

TRAUMA & NERVOUS SYSTEM WORK
Many people know they’ve experienced trauma — but don’t realise how it still lives in their body.
This work isn’t about diagnoses or labels. It’s about what you actually feel.
Together, we explore your nervous system in a practical, embodied way. When you understand your patterns (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) you stop fighting yourself and start responding with awareness instead of shame.
The aim is simple: to feel safer.
In your body. In yourself. In the world.
We work somatically, integrating nervous system knowledge, emotional regulation, and honest awareness of shame, panic, dissociation, or over-functioning.
Gently. Slowly. Sustainably.

IDENTITY & EROTIC POWER
Many of us learned who to be in order to survive.
We adapted. We performed. We muted parts of ourselves.
This work is about returning to the parts that were buried — your desire, your voice, your boundaries, your appetite for more.
Erotic power here doesn’t mean performance. It means aliveness. It means inhabiting your body without apology. It means allowing yourself to want — and feeling safe enough to hold that wanting.
We explore identity not as a concept, but as something lived through your nervous system, your relationships, and your choices.
The goal is not reinvention.
It’s reclamation.

NEURODIVERGENT REGULATION
& EMOTIONAL INTENSITY
Some nervous systems feel more.
More stimulation.
More emotional depth.
More overwhelm.
More aliveness.
If you’re neurodivergent — (ADHD, autistic, highly sensitive, trauma-shaped) intensity isn’t a personality flaw. It’s wiring.
Many learned to mask it.
To suppress reactions.
To appear “regulated” while burning inside.
This work helps you understand your specific nervous system, not an idealised, neurotypical version of regulation.
You learn how to work with your waves instead of fighting them. How to regulate without numbing. How to express without imploding.
Anger, grief, shame, desire...they’re not problems to eliminate. They’re signals your system is sending.
Your nervous system isn’t broken.
It’s patterned.
And it can be supported.

LOVE, RELATIONSHIPS & SHAME HEALING
Relationships are where our unhealed parts speak the loudest.
Attachment trauma.
Anxious–avoidant cycles.
Queer dynamics shaped by shame.
Emotional dependency that feels like love.
I bring clarity to intimacy, sexuality, and closeness, especially where shame hides.
This work is about ending self-abandonment.
About stopping the chase for potential and choosing what is real.
We integrate attachment theory, body-based awareness, systemic insight, and shame literacy to untangle toxic patterns and old relational wounds.
So you can build connection that feels secure, honest, and alive.
Love without losing yourself.
Desire without shrinking.
Closeness without fear.

CREATIVE EXPRESSION AS HEALING
Creativity isn’t decoration.
It’s integration.
For many people, words, movement, music, writing, or art become the first safe place where truth can exist without interruption.
This work uses creative expression as a bridge between body and mind, between silence and voice, between survival and selfhood.
You don’t have to be an artist.
You only have to be willing to express what has been living inside you.
Through writing, reflection, embodied exercises, and guided prompts, we create space for what was never fully spoken.
Creativity becomes regulation.
Expression becomes clarity.
And your voice becomes something you trust.

FEMINIST RECLAMATION & QUEER LIBERATION
Many of us were shaped by systems that rewarded silence, compliance, thinness, productivity, heterosexuality, politeness.
We learned to adapt in order to survive.
This work is about recognising where patriarchy, heteronormativity, and shame shaped your identity, and deciding what you no longer consent to carry.
It’s not about rage for the sake of rage.
It’s about clarity.
About reclaiming your body from expectation.
Your desire from shame.
Your voice from politeness.
Queer. Feminist. Sovereign.
You don’t have to burn everything down.
But you do get to outgrow what was never meant to hold you.
