JOSEPHIN OEHME
As a psychological counselor and coach, my work begins where the traditional system often stops:
Somewhere between “You’re still functioning” and “You’re already sick enough for therapy,” there is a vast in-between space — and that’s exactly where I work.
I support people who feel lost, who are navigating life transitions, who sense that something greater lies within them but don’t yet know how to reach it.
With empathy, depth, and a safe space, I help you better understand yourself, recognize inner patterns, and explore new paths — at your own pace.
In my sessions, it’s not about performance — it’s about connection.
About truly being heard. About feeling safe within.
Because every human being deserves to be seen, heard, and understood in their uniqueness.
The coaching sessions take place in Leipzig (Volkmarsdorf), online, or — by arrangement — in a seminar room in Leipzig (Gohlis).
If you're longing for a space just for you — one without judgment, but full of depth, clarity, and heart — I’d love to hear from you.
You don’t have to know where you’re going.
Only that you’re ready to begin.

THE QUESTION OF WHY...
There was no single moment this work began. It grew.
Out of emptiness. Out of longing.
Out of a deep need to be understood—by the world, by others,
but most of all, by myself.
For a long time, I thought something was wrong with me.
That I was too sensitive, too loud, too lost to ever truly belong anywhere.
I asked a lot of questions—and rarely got real answers.
So I went searching.
And that journey was anything but a straight line.
It led me through relationships where violence held more space than love,
through the dark depths of postpartum depression,
through an inner rebellion against what the patriarchy tried to make of me.
I grew up in an environment where self-love wasn't a lived reality.
Where honest communication was often seen as a threat.
But that—exactly that—became the starting point:
the decision not to remain trapped in those patterns.
Instead, I began to learn—inside and out.
I trained as a fitness coach, a psychological counselor, and a meditation teacher.
I studied communication science.
I wanted to understand how we feel, how we speak,
how we heal,
how we find our way back to ourselves.
And yet, as valuable as these certifications are—
what truly shaped me can’t be listed on a résumé.
It was the nights I spent alone with myself.
The fears that made me tremble.
The truths that arrived only once I’d stopped performing.
Today, I share what grew out of all of that.
I write not to teach, but to touch.
I hold 1:1 sessions not to “improve” anyone,
but to help them rediscover what already lives inside.
I create courses that make space—for truth, for tenderness, for transformation.
This work isn’t the product of a business plan.
It’s the result of inner necessity.
It is built on honesty, depth, and compassion.
On the knowing that healing isn’t always loud—
but it is always real.
My identity is layered: queer, neurodivergent, mother, poet, coach, entrepreneur—
and at the same time, none of those boxes fully define me.
I am simply a human who found the courage to meet herself.
And now helps others do the same.
Maybe the question of why will never have a final answer.
But sometimes it’s enough to ask it—
and to feel where it leads.
